Landscape Architect, Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed landscape architect project manager to join our team in Warren, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture, project management, and client relations. They will be responsible for leading project teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality design solutions. We specialize in residential and commercial planning, healthcare and education site plans, urban streetscape design, public parks, and playground projects. Our team is passionate about transforming landscapes and improving communities through thoughtful design and strategic planning.

• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to develop design solutions that meet project objectives and exceed client expectations.
• Prepare and present design proposals, presentations, and construction documents.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members to foster professional growth and development.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensed landscape architect in the state of New Jersey.
• 10+ years of experience in landscape architecture and project management.
• Project management experience including budgeting, billing, and proposal writing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on a variety of project types in a multi-disciplinary environment, including public infrastructure, site design with planning board approval, public parks, and playgrounds.
• Knowledge of local zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental considerations.
• LEED AP, ENV SP, Certified Arborist (preferred but not required).
